Text Box:   Jeniffer Yolany Ponce Bonilla         Yolany  came to live at the Good Shepherd Children’s Home August 18, 2001. She was born August 21, 1999. She lives here with her older sister Michelle and little brother Kevin.       Yolany’s mother is very poor and doesn’t have a home to live in where she can care for her two daughters. Yolany also has a baby brother who still lives with the mother. Yolany’s mother used to earn her living in a very immoral way But has now become a Christian. She loves her children very much but doesn’t earn enough to care for them.       When Yolany first came here we realized she was a very smart little girl with a very colorful vocabulary. She could cuss like a sailor and it took some time for her to learn that these words were not acceptable here. She and her sister, who also cussed, would scream words back and forth to each other. Now it is incredible how well they are doing. They have not cussed for some time and realize now that God is not happy when they use ugly language.       Yolany is such a cute little girl and so playful and loving. She is very active and loves to do all the things that most little girls do.       God has placed Yolany in the Good Shepherd Children’s Home where she is receiving the love and guidance she so desperately needs.       Yolany still needs your help not only in prayer but also in financial support.
