Text Box: Joselin Mabel Duque Martinez         Mabel came to live at the Good Shepherd Children’s Home March 22, 2001. She was born February 6, 1997. She lives here with her older brother Bryan and older sister Brenda. She is a very loving child who loves to give hugs and kisses any chance she gets. She is a very intelligent little girl and is doing extremely well in school.         Their parents abandoned Mabel, along with 5 other siblings. Their grandmother took the oldest boy to help her but would not take responsibility for the others. Two of them disappeared before authorities could rescue them.            Although this is a sad story the children are now so happy. Mabel and her sibling’s are receiving God’s love and learning more about Him. They are safe in a home where they have what little children need and deserve--love and protection.                  Mabel still needs your help, not only in prayer but also financially.
