Text Box:   Luis Geraldo Salgado Galeas   Luis Gerald is a quiet little boy who along with his little sister, Luis Gerald, came to live at the Good Shepherd Children’s Home Feb. 7, 2004. Luis Gerald was born on May 14, 1998.          Her mother who loves him very much was had to quit her job to stay at home and care for her sick mother.  She came to the home several times to see if the Vaughns could care for her children. She told them she wanted them to be somewhere she knew they would get the care they needed. When the Vaughns finally were able to accept her children the mother was so happy and relieved. It took a great burden off her knowing her children would now have the food and medicines they needed.           At the GSCH Luis Gerald  and her brother will learn about God’s love for them. They will also come to know the love others have for them with each hug and smile they receive.      Luis Gerald life has just begun and in her first years he has suffered. That now has changed.
