Text Box:   Wendy Daniela Pineda Salgado         Daniela came to live at the Good Shepherd Children’s Home in September of 2002. She is about 5 years old and her birth date at this time is unknown. She lives here with her older sister Angelica.       Daniela is definitely one of the sweetest children we have here. She is so kind and gentle to others and obeys so well. She is very intelligent and a very good student in school.       When Daniela first came here the pain in her eyes was so obvious. She would speak with such hurt in her heart from the past. It was obvious that she had been abused. Daniela, and her sister were, abused by their father and uncle. Her sister had to be hospitalized for the abuse. When Daniela first came here she did not trust any men. She is now learning that not all men are evil and that she can trust men again.       Daniela still needs your help.
